These terms govern your use of the 5starharvest.com website and the services of 5star Harvest, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], an Oklahoma business located at [ADDRESS] ("5star Harvest", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.

What we do

5star Harvest provides a Google review system for home-service businesses: review requests to a client's past customers, automatic review requests after new jobs by text and email with reminders, AI-drafted replies to reviews, and a review widget for the client's website. We run the service on third-party software, including GoHighLevel.

Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up. Setup is included.
  • Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, and service continues through the end of the paid month.
  • Plan tiers are based on how many new customers receive a review request each month. If your volume consistently exceeds your plan, we will contact you before changing your plan.

20-Review Guarantee

If you qualify, we guarantee your first 20 new Google reviews within 60 days. If you have not received 20 new reviews by day 60, your billing pauses. We keep providing the service at no charge until you reach 20 new reviews, and then billing resumes.

Who qualifies

We confirm eligibility on your first call, before you sign up. To qualify you must have:

  • At least 300 past customers with a working phone number or email address;
  • A Google Business Profile that is verified and not suspended; and
  • An active business that is still doing jobs.

What you must do to keep the guarantee

  • Send your customer list and give us Google Business Profile access within 7 days of signing up.
  • Send your texting registration (A2P) information within 7 days of signing up, and respond to any follow-up questions from the carriers.
  • Keep us connected to your new jobs, through a software connection or a weekly list, and keep review requests running for the full 60 days.
  • Stay on the standard setup in which every customer receives the same review request. The optional feedback-first step is not covered by the guarantee.

How reviews are counted

  • The 60 days begin on the day the first review requests are sent.
  • We count new Google reviews against your profile's total review count on that day. Reviews of every star rating count.
  • Reviews that Google removes or filters do not count.

If you do not qualify, you can still sign up month to month without the guarantee. If you stop meeting the requirements above, the guarantee ends and normal billing applies.

No other guaranteed results

Apart from the 20-Review Guarantee above, we do not guarantee any number of reviews, star ratings, search rankings or business results. Customers decide for themselves whether to leave a review and what to say.

Reviews and Google's policies

By default, we send the same review request to every customer you give us. We do not offer incentives for reviews, write or post fake reviews, or ask employees or owners to review their own business. You agree not to ask us to do any of these things, and not to do them yourself through our tools.

At your request, we can add an optional feedback-first step that asks customers how the job went before pointing them to Google. Google's review policies do not allow businesses to selectively ask for reviews, and using this step may put your Google Business Profile at risk. If you choose it, you do so at your own risk after we have explained that risk to you.

Your responsibilities as a client

  • You will only give us contact information for people who are genuinely your customers.
  • You are responsible for having obtained any consent the law requires to contact your customers by text or email, and for telling us which customers have not agreed to texts. We will send those customers email only.
  • You will provide accurate information about your business, your Google Business Profile and your review link.
  • You will not use our services for unlawful, misleading or harassing messages.

SMS program terms

Program description. By opting in on our website, you agree to receive text messages from 5star Harvest about your inquiry and our services, including review requests and service updates. When we provide services to a client business, that business's customers may receive review requests and service updates sent on the business's behalf.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and no further texts. You can also email [EMAIL].
  • For help, reply HELP or email [EMAIL].
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Website content and intellectual property

The 5star Harvest name, logo and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, messaging carriers, email providers and Google. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, such as Google removing or filtering reviews.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 5star Harvest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify 5star Harvest against claims arising from customer information you provide, your consent practices, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, Oklahoma.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "last updated" date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
